Since the status of your card still says "athlete committed to signing",
it means our athlete relations team still has hopes of getting those
cards completed. Personally, I think the chances of those cards being
signed are slim since they have been pending for so long!
Upper Deck is currently revamping its replacement program. Once the new
program is launched later this summer (early July is the current
expected launch time), you will be able to log in your account and
choose a replacement card from a list of available comparable
replacement.
If we replace your card immediately before the new program takes effect,
the only guarantee is that you will receive equal value but it could be
from any player that we have in stock.
We strongly recommend that you wait for our new program that will allow
you to directly choose the replacement card but we also understand that
certain circumstances could warrant an immediate replacement.
Please advise if you wish to replace your card now under our old
replacement policy.
